Anyone can manifest anything they want in their life. From what we’ve learned about manifesting most people believe that all you need to do is ask for what you want, believe that you will have it and be open to receiving it. Although those are very important steps to take there is a little more to it than just that. Here are the six steps you need to consider before trying to manifest anything into your life.
1. You need to feel good.
Feeling good should be your number one priority. When you feel good your energy is high; when your energy is high, your thoughts follow, when your thoughts are good, the fear just melts away. Seems simple right! Here are a few steps that can help you get into this state.
* Make two lists:
Every morning when you wake up be prepared to make two lists. The first list you need to write down ten things you are grateful for. They can be anything such as my mind, my body, my soul, my pet, money in bank account, my wife, my family, etc. Then you want to write down ten things you want to create, things you want to attract into your life. Things like your health, energy, love, money, relationships, etc. When you do this you will begin to feel good. Be grateful for how your life is today. We all have desires and things we want. Do this for the next 30 days.
Incorporating mediation into your life can manifest things so much quicker. Just spend some time daily in silence. It’s great for the soul
* Exercise and nutrition:
Exercise every day and eat food that gives you life. This is a way to a healthier and happier you.
Put all these things together and create a powerful morning routine. Be sure to incorporate all of this into your first hour upon waking up. This needs to be your hour for self care. Do a meditation, write out your list, eat a healthy breakfast, take a walk and take care of yourself. Make feeling good your highest goal and you will experience a joyous life.
2. Set forth the intention:
In simple terms, decide what you want. Do you have a vision for your life? How do you want to spend your time? What is most important to you in life? Pick three to five things that are the most important things in your life and focus your energy and attention on them. It’s better to get really good at just three things than average at 30. Happy and successful people focus on three things that will bring them the most joy. We all want the same things, financial freedom and happiness. If you are spending your time focusing on the most important things, expressing yourself doing what you love, you will be happy. You want freedom of time so you can focus on the good things in your life.
Decide right now how you want to spend your time. What would a perfect day look like for you? What time would you wake up, what would you do, etc. Focus on what you want to do not what you have to do. How much money would you like to make per month? Be honest with yourself. How much will support and fund the lifestyle you want? Decide on an amount that feels right to you. No more living someone else’s life and making someone else wealthy. Let go of the opinion of other people and what they are thinking. Eliminate the line between work and play. Live your passion and have fun.
3. Take inspired action:
When you are feeling good and you know what you want, you will automatically get into action. It will be inspired and you will take action. Do it with passion and joy. What are the two to three things you will take action on in the next 48 hours? If you get inspired but don’t take action, you will never get what you want.
4. Release the how:
Most people get an idea, they get incredibly inspired but then they talk themselves out of it. Getting stuck in the how will kill your intention. It’s not your job to figure out the details of the how. You have a manager that works for you 24 hours a day seven days a week. Your job is to feel good and know what you want and take action. Go with the flow and trust that the divine realm will deliver.
5. Be a yes to life:
If you want to create a life of abundance, learn to say yes. Saying “no” cuts off the flow. Try saying yes to everything within the next 30 days.
6. Allow the intention to manifest:
Be open, feel worthy, allowing is critical, move beyond resistance. You will rise to the level of your resistance. Focus on your energy because it’s all about energy. When your energy is high, your life is much better.
